The daily exercises make you healthy. The women who exercise daily have 30 to 40 % lower risk of breast cancer. Exercise also reduces the growth of cancer like insulin.

If you want to reduce the risk of cancer then you should follow these steps.

  • If you are going shopping or lunch breaks then walk or cycle instead of driving the car.
  • Instead of using the lift or escalator use stairs.
  • Get off one stop earlier from the train or bus and walk the rest of the way.
  • Do all home chores on your own like mowing the lawn or vacuuming.
  • Plan a goal of 1000 steps in a day.
